We have been in Property Management since 1981 and have a full-service contracting business for Electrical, General, HVAC & Boiler Contractors. About the Owner
Steve Miles
Steve Miles began his career as an electrician. He pursued the necessary education and experience to obtain his master electrician license. He then went on to meet the requirements to receive his general contractor license. As he continued to work in the property management industry, he saw the value in obtaining HVAC contractor license as well as boiler contractor license, in which he has obtained over the past years. This offers unique services to his clients in all areas of home maintenance and repairs. Or, if required, Steve will work with other contractors on a knowledgeable level in monitoring the work needs.
